                              Phillip E. Walker
The African American Drama Company is the Nation’s most extensively toured fine arts organization, the only such group to have played in all 50 United States plus Washington, DC.  Can I Speak For You Brother? is the company’s flagship production combining dance, drama, poetry, storytelling, puppetry, letters, speeches and song to depict a chronology of Black leaders.  The show highlights such extraordinary leaders as Booker T. Washington, W.E.B. DuBois, Frederick Douglass, High John, Malcolm X and Martin Luther King, Jr.
