It has been brought to our attention that some of you may be experiencing problems with your email.  We hope that by doing this one change in your email settings those problems will be eliminated. 

Please follow the simple steps below.

For Outlook Express users:
Open up Outlook Express, click on Tools and then Accounts. Click on the mail tab and then properties (on the right).
Click on the Server tab and your screen should look like this,
Put a check mark next to My server requires authentication. Click on apply then ok, and close the Internet Accounts box.
You are finished.
For Microsoft Outlook users:

Open up Microsoft Outlook, click on Tools and then Email accounts.
Click view or change existing email accounts and click next.
Click on the Change button and then click on more settings, find the outgoing server tab at the top and click that. 
Below is the screen that you should see,
Put a check mark in My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
Click on ok, then next and finish.
